With the start of fall just around the corner and the evenings already starting to cool, it is time again for New Yorkers to get out and enjoy the bounty that the craft beer world has to offer them.
Ever since this brewery was featured at a brewery event at the Blind Tiger Alehouse last year (the absolute best brewer event ever), I knew that I would one day visit and sample their beers at the site of production.
Although this brewery is not terribly well-known outside of the midwest, this event should put people here on notice because these guys know their stuff.
